The Company Information section contains the company’s name, address, and email, amongst other details.

Fields Outline:

  • Company Name: Defines the name by which a corporation wants to be identified.
  • Email: Email associated with the company.
  • Street Address: Defines the address of the company.
  • City: City where company is located.
  • State: US State where company is located.
  • Country: Country where company is located.
  • Phone: Phone number associated with the company.
  • Fax: Company fax.
  • Is Shipping cost taxable?: Defines if the shipping cost is taxable for a particular company.
  • Sales Rep Commission Base: Defines the commission base for sales representatives.
    • ‘Sales minus buy amount’ or ‘Gross sales product’.
  • Website: Website associated with company, if exists.
  • Logo URL: URL for images that will be embedded in the company’s paperwork like invoices.

Edit Company Information:

To Edit the Company’s Information simply click on the Edit button and update the fields. Once done with the changes click on the Save or Cancel button.

  • BOL stamp URL: URL for images that will be embedded in the Bill of Lading document (The system allows up to 6 different agency stamps. Please see image below)
    • If you need to host stamp images, please contact our Technical Support Team with all required images.
