The Reason Categories section contains the different categories which Reasons may belong to.

Add a Reason Category:

To add a Reason Category simply click on the Add button and fill out the fields. After that, just Save or Cancel the changes.

Fields Outline:

• Description: Description of Reason Category.
• Reason Type: Type of Reason Category.
