The Reasons section contains all of the reasons that will be used later on when there is a production loss, inventory stock adjustment, purchase order change, etc.

Add a Reason:

To add a Reason simply click on the Add button and fill out the fields. After that, just Save or Cancel the changes.

Fields Outline:

• Description: Description of Reason.
• Reason Category: Category of Reason.
